Lot de trois billets Non Emis, "Decrombecque" Agriculture, Industrie. M.Yves Jérémie précise dans son livre "Les Billets de Nécessité français de la guerre 1870-1871" en P.198 que quelques planches de ces 3 billets non émis et d'un tirage postérieur sont apparues.
