Deux signatures ("Le Trésorier" et "Le Président") et série (B) en vert, couleur du billet. Sans numéro. HERBIN & BOUCHÉ en bas à gauche, MONTLUÇON en bas à droite / Imprimé en marron sur fond blanc. Cachet violet au centre gauche.
