Paire d'épreuves unifaces des recto et verso, sur papier épais perforé à gauche et à droite, avec grandes marges et sans filigrane. Pas de date, mais signature au crayon de Luc Olivier Merson. Cet exemplaire est diffèrent de celui de la vente Ebillets 13 en 2017, avec la présence du texte de loi au centre et la signature de F. Florian en marge.
