Il s'agit ici d'un billet d'exception, de grande rareté et en bel état de conservation. D'après Abdo Ayoub (Lebanon Paper Money and Coins, p.62-63), seulement trois billets, avec cette surcharge et ce type de configuration, sont connus : "It is the most enigmatic bill of the entire Lebanese collection".
