Paire d'épreuves unifaces recto et verso sans filigrane collées au angles sur carton fort.
Type non émis. Billet sans numérotation, date ou signatures.
D'après Alain Dailly, cette vignette, au départ un 50 Francs, transformée en 1000 Francs Germinal réserve 1947 a été partiellement imprimée. En 1961 le Conseil Général a décidé de détruire les 5 727 840 billets préparés. Ce billet est aussi appelé "République et Cérès" (voir Billets Secrets de la Banque de France par J.C.Camus p.31). C'est la première fois que nous proposons cette épreuve.
