Type : Identical to F.70 with a calculation error in its check number. It was calculated for alphabets of 25 letters instead of alphabets of 20 letters for alphabet 101. About 20% of the issuance was circulated (all letters from number 800000, a few specimens being known with numbers between 782000 and 800000).
