Type : Identical to F.02 but the Leo sign is upside down for July
The 5 Francs Bleu with upside down Leo is an error note. The Leo symbol was printed upside down. The first upside down notes date back to July 31, 1915. For the following year, the symbol still appears upside down until July 22. Then the symbol is definitively in its right position.
It is quite unlikely to find the upside down Leo symbol on a 1912 or 1913 note
