ÉPREUVE uniface du recto sur papier non filigrané, grandes marges, deux petites perforation. Sans numérotation et sans signature. Contrairement au Spécimen de 1982 : petit cartouche à gauche pour la numérotation et grand cartouche en bas au centre pour la date. Le nom de Georges Clémenceau est inscrit dans un cartouche marron sur sa veste au recto.
