Deux épreuves unifaces (recto seul et verso seul), sur papier fiduciaire grandes marges, sans filigrane, collées sur deux pages cartonnées à fenêtres. Date O.00=00=0000.O. avec signatures et numérotation. Les signatures sont celles de 1938 avec Caissier Général mais le verso est sans taille douce.
