ANDORRA - PRINCIPALITY OF ANDORRA
Andorra's privileges can be traced back to the reign of Charlemagne in 806. Trimming rules were set in 1278 and still operate today. The President of the Republic and the Bishop of Urgel are the co-Princes of Andorra.
