Commentary

Avec une tête à droit et une croix au revers, ce triens présente une typologie classique pour une monnaie d’or mérovingienne. La légende du droit est impossible à restituer, mais celle du revers pourrait être lue + ESORAVICOE (?). Malheureusement, aucune légende de lieu comme de monétaire ne semble pouvoir être rapprochée de ce nom. A défaut, ce triens reste indéterminé et attribuable à aucun atelier ou région en particulier.
