Ce type de quart de statère en très bas or ou billon est repris dans le Nouvel Atlas, sous la série 302, comme “division en argent allié”.
Ces monnaies sont l’exacte réduction modulaire et pondérale du statère ; elles constituent la classe III de cette série à la situle.

The Aulerci are a very large people who are subdivided into three large tribes, including the Aulerci Diablintes who were located to the northwest of the Aulerci Cénomans, in the Mayenne basin. Gold coins are attributed to them, of the Cenoman type but with a particular reverse, as well as weakly represented billon coins, known from surface research and excavations of the late sanctuary of Juvigné..
