Ariarathes X Eusebes Philadelphe is the younger son of Ariobarzanes II Philopator (63-52 BC) and brother of Ariobarzanes III Eusebes Philoromaios (52-42 BC). He succeeded his brother in 42 BC, after the battle of Philippi. He was enthroned by Marc Antony, but was deposed and put to death six years later and replaced by Archaelaus.
