Reverse description : Venus debout de face entre deux captifs assis, regardant à gauche, tenant un victoriola de la main droite et un sceptre de la gauche et s'appuyant sur un bouclier posé sur un casque.
Reverse translation : “Venus Victrix”, (La Vénus victorieuse).

The denier, meanwhile, weighs an average of 3.38 g, or a size of 96 to the pound with a silver content also of 50%. So the Antonine weighs one and a half times the weight of a denarius and runs for two deniers.
