Cette obole est frappée sur un flan irrégulier et assez large. Exemplaire présentant quelques faiblesses de frappe au niveau des légendes du revers et recouvert d’une patine grise hétérogène. Petite rayure sur la croix

Eudes II is the son of Eudes I (975/8-996). He first inherited the county of Blois (996-1037), then, after the death of his brother Thibaut II (996-1004), the county of Chartres which brought them together again. On his death, his son Thibaut III succeeded him.
