Cette obole est frappée sur un flan large et irrégulier. Exemplaire recouvert d’une patine grise hétérogène de médaillier. La croix du revers apparaît légèrement en négatif au droit

Obverse description : Tête bléso-chartraine à droite entre deux croissants opposés, l'œil formé d'un besant ; au-dessous une étoile à six rais. Les cheveux sont symbolisés par quatre petits triangles renversés.

Reverse

Reverse legend : + CASTRI°DVNI.

Reverse description : Croix cantonnée aux 2 d’un châtel.

Reverse translation : (Châteaudun).

Commentary

Obole particulièrement rare (R4 dans le l’ouvrage de Dominique Legros) avec deux croissants, une étoile et un besant au droit et un châtel en cantonnement de la croix du revers.
