Commentary

Les monnaies frappées à l’effigie de Mikhaíl Khristodoúlou Moúskos (1913-1977,) archevêque et primat de l'Église orthodoxe de Chypre sous le nom de Makários III et 1er président de la République de Chypre de 1960 à 1977 étaient de 1/2 Souverain, 1 Souverain et 5 Souverains en or. Des épreuves plus rares ont été émises dans d’autres métaux.
