Obverse description : Buste lauré, drapé et cuirassé de Constantin Ier à droite, vu de trois quarts en arrière (A*2).

Reverse description : Genius (le Génie) nu, le manteau sur l’épaule debout à gauche, tenant une patère de la main droite et une corne d’abondance de la main gauche.
Reverse translation : “Genio Populi Romani, (Au Génie du Peuple romain).
Commentary
Poids léger. Rubans de type 3 aux extrémités bouletées. Ptéryges à peine visibles sous le paludamentum. P. Ferrando décrit cet exemplaire comme appartenant au Cabinet des médailles de la BnF alors qu’il le référencie en collection privé. Il s’agit en fait de l’exemplaire unique de la collection A.-M. Schmitt-Cadet illustré dans son mémoire.
