Exemplaire sur un flan bien centré au droit, irrégulier, légèrement décentré sur la légende au revers. Beau portrait. Revers de style fin, mais frappe “brouillée”. Jolie patine gris vert avec des reflets métalliques

Obverse description : Buste lauré, drapé et cuirassé de Constantin II césar à droite, vu de trois quarts en avant (A*2).

Obverse translation : “Domino Nostri Constantino Iunori Nobilissimo Cæsari”, (À notre seigneur Constantin jeune très noble césar).

Reverse

Reverse legend : VICTORIAE LAET PRINC PERP/ VOT/ PR/ -|-// (DEUX CAPTIFS).

Reverse description : Deux Victoires debout, face à face, posant un bouclier sur un cippe ; celle qui est tournée à droite avec VOT// PR écrit dessus ; à l'exergue, deux captifs assis, les mains liées dans le dos.

Reverse translation : “Victoriæ Lætæ Principium Perpetuæ/ Vota Populi Romani”, (À la victoire heureuse et durable du Prince/ Vœux du Peuple Romain).

Commentary

Avec des traces d’argenture superficielle. Rubans de type 3. Ptéryges invisibles sous le paludamentum. La cuirasse n’est pratiquement pas visible sous le paludamentum. L’autel est orné d’une croisette. Nous n’avons pas relevé d’identité de coin pertinente.
