Commentary


Ce type de bronze semble très rare. Il s’agit vraisemblablement d’un monnayage tardif, dérivant des tétradrachmes d’argent imitant le type au cavalier de Philippe II.
Toutes les monnaies de ce type proposées dans CELTIC II proviennent d’un même collectionneur, et probablement d’une petite trouvaille d’Europe de l’Est.
