Exemplaire sur un flan large avec les grènetis visibles, bien centré des deux côtés. Très belle tête d’Antonin le Pieux. Joli revers de haut relief. Belle patine vert foncé. Le champ au droit a été légèrement gratté autour des lettres

Commentary

Poids léger. Avec ce revers, nous avons deux variétés de buste nu avec ou sans drapé sur l’épaule gauche. Suivant les exemplaires la représentation du bûcher funéraire (rogus) est légèrement différente, mais toujours avec quatre étages dont le premier est décoré et sert de base, le second avec des ouvertures. Le troisième étage présente ici quatre niches ornées de statues. Le quatrième étage est surmonté d’un quadrige.
