(1327-1335)

Alphonse III (IV of Aragon) known as the Débonnaire was born in 1299 in Naples from the union of Jacques II of Aragon known as "the Just" and Blanche of Anjou. He became King of Aragon and Count of Barcelona on the death of his father in 1327. He died on January 24, 1336 in Barcelona.
