Patine marron avec une petite usure sur certains hauts reliefs. Bel aspect malgré quelques coups et petites rayures dans les champs. Bel représentation de Rome au revers

Obverse description : Buste habillé d’une robe élaboré montrant la scène d’ouverture de la Porte Sainte, une large médaille montrant le pape assis au devant, figuré de profil à droite.

Reverse

Reverse legend : ALMA. ROMA.

Reverse description : Vue aérienne sur la ville de Rome, avec ses fortifications et ses monuments, le Tibre traversant la ville.

Commentary

Bel exemplaire ancien, probablement une frappe de la fin du XVIIIe siècle, début du XIXe siècle.
Exemplaire non signé mais attribué à A. Cesati (c.1564) ou bien Federico Bonzagna (c.1507-1588).
