Exemplaire sur un flan large et ovale, bien centré avec les grènetis visibles. Beau portrait inhabituel de Gordien III. Revers bien venu à la frappe. Patine grise avec des reflets dorés. Conserve une partie de son brillant de frappe et de son coupant d’origine

Rubans de type 3. Cuirasse formée d’écailles. Ce type semble plus rare que ne le laissent supposer les ouvrages généraux.
