Reverse description : Gordien debout à droite, accompagné d’un soldat, tenant un étendard et recevant un globe de Rome assis à gauche. A l’arrière-plan, un soldat debout de face tenant une enseigne verticale de la main droite.

Reverse translation : "Pontifex Maximus Tribunicia Potestas tertium Consul Pater Patriae" (Grand Pontife, détenteur de la puissance tribunicienne pour la troisième fois, Consul, Père de la Patrie).
