Commentary


Le Liechtenstein jusqu'en 1923 utilisait le système monétaire autrichien avec la couronne divisée en 100 hellers. En 1924, la principauté adopta le système monétaire suisse.

(1858-1929)

Jean II (1840-1929) succeeded his father Alois II in 1858. He reigned for 71 years, the longest reign of the entire principality. He had no children. His brother François I (1853-1938) succeeded him in 1929.
