Exemplaire de qualité exceptionnelle pour ce type de monnayage sur un flan bien centré des deux côtés. Très beaux portraits de Macrin et de Diaduménien avec une frappe un peu molle sur les légendes. Revers du haut relief, finement détaillé. Très belle patine vert noir. Conserve la plus grande partie de son brillant de frappe et de son coupant d’origine

MACRINUS and DIADUMENIAN

Marcianopolis, located a few kilometers from Osupers was founded by Trajan in honor of his sister Marciane, who died in 113 or 114. Coinage was very important between Commodus and Philip II.
