Reverse description : Marc Aurèle, vêtu militairement debout à droite, tourné à gauche, tenant un sceptre transversal de la main gauche, relevant une femme tourelée et drapée, agenouillée à gauche, tournée à droite, tenant un globe de la main gauche.

Reverse translation : “Restitutori Italiæ Imperator sextum Consul tertium”, (Au restaurateur de l’Italie revêtu de la sixième acclamation impériale consul pour la troisième fois).
