Commentary
En 1859, De Coster proposait d'attribuer ces monnaies à Pépin de Herstal, ancêtre de Charlemagne. Cette attribution est à abandonner ; bien que classées parmi les anglo-saxonnes, ces monnaies proviendraient de la région de Namur.
