Commentary

Les armes d’Elbeuf représentées sont les anciennes armes qui portent de sable avec une croix de Lorraine de gueules qui supporte un pied de vigne de sinople, orné de grappes de raisin de gueules. On trouve accolées les nouvelles armes avec une ruche entourée d’abeilles sur un fond d’azur.
