Commentary
Ce type est daté par Dominique Legros de la première moitié du XIe siècle. Cette datation repose sur la présence de ce type dans le trésor de Saint-Paul-hors-les-Murs enfouis vers 1050-1060. Il attribue ces deniers à Robert le Magnifique (1027-1035).
