La ville de Gdynia (Gdiniô en cachoube, Gdingen en allemand) est un port situé en Poméranie dans la baie de Gdansk. Le port fut construit à partir de 1920 suite à l’hostilité des autorités de Dantzig (Gdansk) et devint rapidement un port majeur de la mer Baltique.
