Exemplaire sur un flan large et complet avec les grènetis visibles. Très beau portrait. Revers magnifique. Magnifique patine avec des reflets métalliques dorés

Reverse description : Pax (la Paix) drapée, debout de face regardant à gauche, brandissant une branche d'olivier de la main droite et tenant un sceptre transversal de la main gauche.

Commentary
Poids très lourd. Avec l’intégralité de son argenture superficielle. Rubans de type 3. Ptéryges invisibles sous le paludamentum.

Postume seizes the purple by eliminating Salonin, son of Gallien, of whom he had custody. He reigns over Gaul, Brittany and Spain. Did Postume toy with the idea of conquering the Roman Empire? Gallien, twice, will try to reconquer the "pars occidentalis" of the Empire, without success. Postume will remain in power for nine years, before perishing assassinated for having refused the sack of Mainz, a city which supported Lélien.
