Ce type de rouelle en potin est un des mieux attesté comme celtique. Le métal est souvent très proche du potin utilisé pour les monnaies coulées. Ces rouelles furent surtout trouvées (en grand nombre) sur des sanctuaires, mais leur usage monétaire n’est pas à exclure.
