Obverse description : Buste d’Hormizd IV à droite, coiffé de sa couronne entre deux étoiles ; à l’extérieur du grènetis, trois croissants surmontés d’une étoile placés à 3, 6 et 9 heures.

Reverse legend : LÉGENDE EN PEHLVI.

Reverse description : Pyrée (autel du feu). Les flammes s’élèvent au-dessus de la table, soutenue par un pilier central, des rubans pendent à l’extérieur. De chaque côté de l’autel, un servant ; l’autel est accosté d’une étoile et d’un croissant.
