La République slovaque est un État satellite de l'Allemagne nazie créé le 14 mars 1939 à la suite du démantèlement de la Tchécoslovaquie et présidé par Jozef Tiso, un prêtre catholique. L’entrée des troupes soviétique dans Bratislava le 4 avril 1945 met fin à la République Slovaque .
