Exemplaire sur un flan large et régulier, bien centré des deux côtés. Beau portrait. Frappe un peu faible au revers. Jolie patine vert olive foncé

Commander in Illyria, Vetranion, is immediately proclaimed after the death of Constans. Constantia, Constance's sister and Hanniballien's widow, convinces him to accept the purple. Magnentius tries to negotiate with Vétranion who finally rallies to Constantius II. He abdicated before the Emperor on December 25, 350 and retired to Prusa in Bithynia, where he died in 356.
