Reverse description : Panthère bondissant à gauche sur un autel enguirlandé sur lequel repose un masque de Bacchus ; derrière un thyrse décoré posé transversalement.
Reverse translation : “Caius Vibius Varus”, (Caius Vibius Varus).

Pour ce type, M. Crawford a relevé une estimation de 75 coins de droit et de 83 coins de revers. Ce type est en fait plus rare que ne le laissent supposer les ouvrages généraux.
