Obverse description : Armoiries émaillées de Paris avec le navire en argent et les fleurs de lis du bandeau supérieur dorées, accosté de branches de chêne et laurier doré. Légion d’honneur émaillée à l’exergue. Faisceaux de licteur en sautoir et couronne murale au sommet.
