Obverse description : Tête féminine de profil à gauche, coiffée de feuilles de chêne, laurier et épis de blé, dans un médaillon entouré d’une légende sur fond émaillé bleu. Faisceaux de licteurs en sautoir, séparés par un coq doré sur un cartouche. Ruban émaillé bleu, blanc et rouge à l’exergue.
