(3rd - 2nd century BC)

Cymé, today Sandakli, one of the most important cities of the Aeolian coast, was located south of Myrhina. It had a port and was founded by Locrians. She herself is at the origin of the foundation of Side in Pamphylia and of Cumae in Campania. It is the homeland of Hesiod.
