Ce denier est frappé sur un flan large et légèrement irrégulier. Exemplaire présentant une surface granuleuse suite à une ancienne oxydation et recouvert d’une légère patine grise

Commentary
L’émission de ce type monétaire, sur flan large, est daté par Dominique Legros autour de 950. Legros ne recense qu’un seul autre exemplaire publié au XIXe siècle par Gariel et propose d’attribuer cette monnaie à Foulques II le Bon (942?-960?).
