Obverse description : Religieux agenouillé devant la Vierge à l’enfant assise sur des nuages, au dessus, ruban inscrit : CANTATE ET - PSALLITE DOMINO et à l’exergue, écu couronné entre deux branches d’olivier.

Reverse description : Champ vierge, légende circulaire.

Cette médaille fut émise pour commémorer l’inauguration du carillon Notre-Dame-en-Vaux de Châlons-sur-Marne. Au revers doit normalement figurer le nom de la cloche ""Claire"" avec le ou les noms des parrains et/ou marraines.
