Obverse description : Buste imberbe, héroïque et lauré d’Hercule à droite, vu de trois quarts en arrière, vêtu de la léonté, la massue sur l’épaule ; derrière la tête, un bouclier macédonien ; devant le visage, marque de contrôle.

Reverse description : Rome casquée, vêtue militairement debout de face, tenant une haste renversée, couronnée par le génie du peuple romain, nu jusqu’à la ceinture, tenant une couronne de la main droite et une corne d’abondance de la main gauche dans le champ à gauche, marque de contrôle ; le tout dans une couronne.

Reverse translation : “Lentulus Marcellinus Filius”, (fils de Lentulus Marcellinus).
