Pour ce type, M. Crawford a relevé une estimation de vingt-huit coins de droit et de trente-et-un coins de revers. Les coins de revers sont numérotés entre I et XXXXII (1 et 42). Ce type semble beaucoup plus rare que ne le laissent paraître les ouvrages généraux.
