(1459-1488)

Jean II, Duke of Bourbon, was born in 1426, from the union of Charles I, Duke of Bourbon and Agnès, daughter of Jean, Duke of Burgundy. He had three brothers: Charles II, who became a cardinal; Louis who became bishop of Liège and Pierre II, who, in 1488, succeeded him as lord of Dombes.
