Commentary


Fils de l’Empereur d’Allemagne Guillaume Ier, Frédéric III devient kaiser le 3 mars 1888 à la mort de son père. Atteint d’un cancer du larynx, il décède après 99 jours de règne le 15 juin 1888 sans avoir pû mettre en oeuvre ses idées libérales.
