Exemplaire sur un flan large, centré au droit, un peu court sur la légende au revers. Beau portrait. Déméter de style fin au revers. Belle patine vert foncé

Gordian III is the grandson of Gordian I and the nephew of Gordian II, ephemeral emperors of the year 238. At the request of the people of Rome, he is chosen as Caesar by Balbin and Pupian and succeeds them after their assassinations.
