Coments on the condition:

Bronze frappé sur un flan large et épais. Droit légèrement décentré mais revers complet, avec presque tout le grènetis. Patine vert foncé, un peu hétérogène avec des restes de concrétions terreuses et rougeâtres par endroits

Commentary

Ce type de revers se trouve plutôt avec des modules inférieurs, sur les émissions du Ier siècle. Parmi les monnaies de ce type émises au IIe siècle, ce bronze est le plus lourd. Un second type est connu avec une M devant le taureau.
