Obverse description : Buste rayonnant de trois quarts gauche d’un empereur moghol coiffé d’un turban duquel dépasse une palme retombant à l’arrière, et vêtu d’une tenue d’apparat. Inscription circulaire en arabe mentionnant la date de 1125.

Commentary
Alliage probablement à base d’étain et de cuivre. Fabrication artisanale.
La date de 1125 du calendrier de l’Hégire, correspondant à 1712 dans le calendrier Grégorien, pourrait faire référence à l’année de mort de Bahadur Shah, empereur moghol, ou bien au début du règne de Jahandar Shah, son fils et successeur. L’attribution de cette médaille ne peut être effectuée avec certitude.
